Not at all good. Poor customer service... didnt even get to a provider. Not friendly. Not caring. Charging for no-show. Policy. Policy. Policy. Well then you lose customers. Too much botox = too firm policies! BYE!
If I could give a negative review I would. I went in to have botox done on my forehead, lip and chin. While there I was asking about the masseter muscles because I have TMJ jaw pain. Jenna started to explain the the procedure and that a lot of insurance companies cover it or any FSA accounts. Since I was shocked I stated -“I have an FSA account” to which she responded “oh well then you could use it”. I asked if she was sure and she said “yea I do it all the time”.
