Horrible experience- went for cold lasting over a week told me to wait a week and do stool sample- Messaged week later and was prescribed an antibiotic which i couldnt take due to magnesium supplements she knew i was on. Refused to give me another antibiotic or give me any info on test results on stool which say i have critical issues. She won't even respond to my inqueries on mychart and has her med assistants telling me to go back to my PCP. Dr Jordan is amazing, compassionate, knowledgeable and thorough. She takes the time to talk to you and doesn't just sit in front of the computer. Her staff is equally amazing. They're accommodating and professional.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr Jordan! She is very professional, friendly and efficient. I definitely recommend her as your PCP.
