From the time I came in the office to check in until the time I left the office, everyone was pleasant. The process was quick when it came to checking in, getting worked up, and getting into a room. I didn't have to sit down, they were calling me back when I entered the waiting room. The MA was new since the last time I was in the office, but she was very professional. She is the BEST!!! Very caring and attentive to your needs. She has patience and good bedside manner. She makes you feel comfortable and explains everything thoroughly so you can understand!
Check out lady needs to have more customer service experience and so does the lady in the lap. Other than that, everything was lovely
I had a great experience with Dr MacLennan as a new patient. I was immediately impressed with her wonderful bedside manner. She was so patient and kind, making me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. You can truly tell she is a kind and caring person through the way she communicates. I highly recommend Dr Jenna MacLennan!
