I love , love, love love Qu’Te she is such a professional and her work is amazing. Every time I go the experience is nothing more than outstanding. She has blessed hands. Looking for a stylist that care the health of your hair look no more because she is the one!!!!

Wasted money three times here. Spent over 1000$ dollars. Tipped over 20% yet misled and taken advantage of! Faux Locs fell out within a couple hours. Had to go back 2 times before it was wearable. Should have not came back then but fell for a sad story and trying to help someone. Horrible at sew ins! That you can see tracks BOTH times and it was VERY obvious you can see the tracks and when I spoke on it she lied! I Request fix or refund. Loyal customer! It's always a rejuvenating experience at this hair retreat! The ambiance is so serene, and the whole staff is incredibly attentive. Jenna always makes my hair feels revitalized and looks stunning after the treatment. She is very knowledgeable, and has helped my hair grow so much! Highly recommend this hair retreat for a luxurious and pampering experience!
