Comfortable and anxiety free after my massage
Shame on me for not doing this sooner! This is exactly what my body needs even though "I think" I need a "beat my muscles" Deep tissue massage. So incorrect I am! My Piriformis muscles get so incredibly tight from an old injury and repetitive motions while at work. It affects so much of my body,mind and every aspect of my life due to the constant pain.
