We contracted Jenmat to retrofit double glazing throughout our house. We stopped the job half way through when we weren't happy with the standard of the workmanship and the quality of the product. We contracted Jenmat to re-glaze our existing timber windows with double glazing. It quickly became clear that the manner in which they replaced the glass in the sashes was substandard, namely because the spacer on the glass was highly visible, unevenly spaced around the window frame (not centered), and a range of other complaints.
