Our dogs were to be there at 11:00am today. Here at 4:45 and they are just now being groomed. If we had been told they were not being worked on we could have picked them up and brought them back another day. Instead we were told it would be another hour since 2:00pm. I’m very disappointed.
we are here waiting for our yorkie to be groomed no one is here its 830 on April 30th about 15 customers has just left was sitting in there cars some had meetings to go to.We made the appointment last week she said she had cars problem sometimes and has to take the lift.Last time she didn't get here until 745 .I heard the owner was real good she probably has no ideal about her help not showing up
