Angus did a great job fitting our new boiler but despite phoning many times over several months (yes months) and being promised that he would contact us to come out to do the annual service for our boiler he has not. When we phone, the call is answered and a message is promised to be passed on with a date of attendance for the service. We have waited for a few weeks and then phoned back.
