I would like to send a shout out to Jenkins &Wynne Collision Department for their professional assistance and great customer service. We recently purchased a Lincoln Aviator and went on vacation. We ran our car thru a car wash there and the chrome strip on our door came off. We were in Gainesville Florida. I brought my vehicle in to the body shop last week after being involved in an accident. I received notification from my insurance that they reassessed the damage and upon tearing it down there was more damage than originally thought so they issued a new check to the dealership. I have called the dealership several times to try and get an update from them and was promised a return phone call twice which I never received. Excellent customer service here! They consistently communicated with me while they were working on my vehicle and once I picked it up it was cleaned with damages fixed. Highly recommend bringing your vehicle here if need be. I specifically worked with Tyler. Great guy!
