Sales was a new sales person very nice. Explained how I wanted to make the possible purchase which would be on the Ford a plan. Once the sales manager became involved we were given nothing but incorrect information regarding dealer trades etc. My personal opinion is they did not want to move forward because the profit margin is lower. They still make profit just not as much. Puts a bad taste in my mouth regarding this particular dealership. Jenkins & Wynne Lincoln in Clarksville, TN has alot of selection in the Lincoln Nautilus suv we were interested in and our salesman, Collin Pedigo, came from the Ford side but still very well educated and went out of his way to take care of every request and explain the difference in the vehicles as far as hybrid or regular and the different reserves. We enjoyed Collin Pedigo's honesty, staying late to take care of us, and answering our calls after the sale.
