Dropped my vehicle off for diagnostic and two recall repairs. Took over 3 weeks for them to perform the job. Once I received my vehicle back, the driver door window control housing was broken , and the weekend Team Lead , blonde lady with black cat eye glasses ....was the rudest person ever! Traded in one Ford for another. Took my automatic payment for the traded in one two days later. They wouldn't give it back. Calls, visits, emails, and they just kept getting run around. Finally sat in their dealership for hours refusing to leave until I got it. Finally handed me a check. RIDICULOUS!!!
Honestly, wish I didn’t have to put a star at all. HORRIBLE customer service and complete lack of knowledge about how warranties work. Clearly reading/ scrolling through a customer‘s file is too hard. They have attempted multiple times to charge my family for services covered by the warranty. They did not provide a loaner or ride to or from the dealership when my husband‘s truck was undrivable without any power steering (Ford’s software issue). They over price their cars, new and used, to a ridiculous amount. I know it's my fault I paid the ticket markup. This car lot is just another example of why buying a used car from a dealer always makes you feel like you were ripped off.
I had bought a 2020 f 150 with 9,000 miles on it from another dealer just 2 months ago. Twice I had notified ************* (who were AWSOME!) that my truck would not start and we had to charge it to start it both times. I purchased the 2015 Ford Fiesta SE from this dealership March 28, 2019 with the expectations of having a reliable vehicle. I was sold a car with a bad engine and had problems with it from the start. Now this company is trying to scam me again by charging me $7000 to fix the problem that was sold to me. GM from this Ford dealership blatantly admitted to my husband and I over the phone that they mark up interest for the cars they sell. So whatever the original interest that the lenders offer was lower, so please beware of this place.
