Took truck to Gallagher because it i was getting a check engine light. It took them a week to even look at it, but nonetheless they called and said they were going to replace my spark plugs and coils and it would be done in about a week. That week went by with no call. So I started calling, but only getting voicemail. Nobody would even return my call after several voicemails. I bought a truck from Covert Ford Lincoln a year ago. Since it has been a year, it was time for my annual inspection. My truck failed inspection, because it has no muffler! To my knowledge, a vehicle should not be able to pass an inspection without a muffler. Returned my car to in worse conditions, charged me $300 for a part that should have been covered under recall, then tried to charge me for them to run a diagnostic test after lying about it the week before. My car is still not running.

On 7/31/2025 I purchased a 2023 Ford F-150 Raptor R from Ford of Port Richey. It was advertised and sold as a Ford Blue Advantage Gold-Certified vehicle. The truck delivered did not meet Ford’s Gold-Certified standards. Key Issues • Delivered with dry-rotted tires, aftermarket wheels causing fender rub, animal activity in engine bay, water intrusion, and poor reconditioning. • Water leaks through sunroof/roof/pillars/headliner causing odor, moisture, and rust under seats. Bought a car through them and wish I hadn't its been just over 60 days since I bought the car and have had 2 temporary plates expire on me, the first one was replaced quickly. This second one, not so much. I was ignored on the phone for half an hour trying to get ahold of the person who id brought the car through, then was told that the ** doesn't come in until 6pm three days a week. If I could give zero stars, I would.I arrived right when they opened at 8 AM, expecting timely service. Instead, I sat and waited five full hours with no progress whatsoever. During that time, I had to repeatedly go up to the desk and make several calls just to get an update.
