Great as always. Jacob got me checked in. He was very personable and professional.
I have bought 4 vehicles from this location. 3 new vehicles and one used vehicle. We have always had a good experience buying vehicles here. However their service department is something to be desired. My first vehicle they tried to tell me my alignment was out at every tire rotation. I had the alignment checked at a different location and it was perfectly fine. My current vehicle (purchased elsewhere) only because they did not have what I wanted. I purchased a new Bronco from J&W a week ago. I was truly dreading having to go through the new car ordeal and the headache that comes with a purchase this big. I was pleasantly surprised when I met Hunter and he actually listened to me and I found the perfect vehicle! He was a joy to do business with and has followed up several times to see if he can help with anything. I strongly recommend this young man if you’re looking for a Ford.
