My Volvo threw a "brake fault" message and had to be towed to the dealership over the weekend. The service folks let me know it had arrived and been checked in. They continued to keep me informed until it was ready for pickup. Painless experience!
I had to tow my Volvo to the dealership because they told me they didn’t tow even though everything was under the warranty then I find out my volvo has roadside assistance they neglected to rekk me about they even told me I had to get it towed myself cost me $237 to have it towed
Gotta love Jenkins Volvo! They went above & Beyond by not only reprogramming my spare key but did a complete inspection of my car, washed it and vacuum it. And all for no cost to me! Very courteous and happy. Their snack area is the best and complimentary! Thanks to all the staff I came in contact with! You guys and gals are the best!!!
