I recently visited Jenkins Used Cars in search of a vehicle. The dealership is well-maintained, the staff members are friendly and approachable, and the cars are clean and seem reasonably priced. Initially, the tax and license costs were manageable. They took good care of me and made sure i left with the car I wanted at an affordable price, can't complain.
I purchased a car from this dealership 6 months ago. The purchasing part was pretty smooth, but after you drive off the lot that’s where the problems start. The first 2 months of having the car I was back and forth to the Jenkins Nissan dealership with tire pressure issues that no one could seem to figure out. Then after the 4th visit, they sent me to Jenkins Honda where I had to go twice before they replaced one of my tires that had a crack in it and was leaking air. After shopping around we decided to give Jenkins used car outlet a shot and we don't regret it. I have to say Vegas is amazing so is the manager. They listened to what we wanted, what was our budget and from there came with great recommendations. They made sure that we were getting what we really wanted and worked hard for the numbers we needed. I would recommend them 200% to anyone. Keep up the great service!
