I had such a great experience at Jenkins Tire House! I came in with THREE nails in my tire and they took care of me quickly, professionally, and at a really fair price. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. Went and got new tires they never balanced the tires like the lady claimed that they balance the tires. Car started shaking real bad went back up there and she used the excuse that balance wasn’t written on the receipt and was going to charge to balance them. Decided to take my money elsewhere not going to get me out of more money after spending over 300 on tires. Will never come back to this establishment and I’d suggest to other not to as well.
I can see why this place has such high reviews! Great local business. Had the pleasure of dealing with them this morning. Found a perfect set of used all terrain wheels and tires yesterday while at work, came back first thing next morning and snagged them up! If you want to find great customer service and quality products with dairy prices this is the place to be! Got them squared away the advance next door had the lugs I needed 😁
