I've visited Dr.Jenkins office twice. The first visit I saw a woman who was about 10 minutes late and the office told her she had to pay a late fee of $25 dollars in order to be seen. She argued a little but she paid the fee. I remember thinking to myself I'm glad I wasn't late. That's kinda harsh for only 10 minutes! The wait to see the doctor was about average, around 20-30 minutes. The check up was quick, and the end result was that I was informed that " I need better insurance". This office was a complete mess, after waiting forever in the waiting area and exam room for nearly 2hrs. the Doctor finally came in and it was as though she didn't have any time for me she was in a rush. It seems that the staff is under alot of stress. Maybe that's why every time I have been there it is always new employees. Dr. Susan Jenkins needs to really learn how to treat people> I will never go back to this office again.
