I am disappointed in the service I received. Jenkins came highly recommended to me by several people. When I made an appointment to have one lock rekeyed and to replace another with a keyless entry device I bought, I waited three weeks. I was uncomfortable waiting that long since others had keys to the house I now occupy, but I waited. The locksmith was very professional and on time.
