My downstairs flooded and insurance recommended Jenkins, a company I'd never heard of, and I'm glad they did. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with them. Danny & Ethan got here quickly for water mitigation and Tim Garrigus helped with insurance on that end. When it came time for restoration, Josh Garrigus was great to work with. I was initially happy with the mitigation process until I got the break down from my insurance company. They got paid by the insurance company for work that didn't get done. Met with the project manager to move to the next phase, he was super nice that day. He gave me a verbal rough estimate. Once the checks came in for the restoration, it was way lower than what he said it was going to be. I messaged him to let him know I couldn't use them, he was done with me. Polite enough, but still dismissive. Now I have to reach out to... read more
