I was initially happy with the mitigation process until I got the break down from my insurance company. They got paid by the insurance company for work that didn't get done. Met with the project manager to move to the next phase, he was super nice that day. He gave me a verbal rough estimate. Once the checks came in for the restoration, it was way lower than what he said it was going to be. I messaged him to let him know I couldn't use them, he was done with me.
