The Jenkins crew was working on a house next door when I needed help finding my water meter. Michael volunteered to help and dug WITH HIS BARE HANDS in FREEZING DIRT to find what must be the most deeply buried water cutoff in Nashville. He then saved my house by turning the water off! I know there must be burst pipes inside after this freeze. He was a miracle worker and I hadn't even hired him! What a Good Samaritan! What a company!

My downstairs flooded and insurance recommended Jenkins, a company I'd never heard of, and I'm glad they did. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with them. Danny & Ethan got here quickly for water mitigation and Tim Garrigus helped with insurance on that end. When it came time for restoration, Josh Garrigus was great to work with. I was initially happy with the mitigation process until I got the break down from my insurance company. They got paid by the insurance company for work that didn't get done. Met with the project manager to move to the next phase, he was super nice that day. He gave me a verbal rough estimate. Once the checks came in for the restoration, it was way lower than what he said it was going to be. I messaged him to let him know I couldn't use them, he was done with me.
