Mike Young & Troy Wright were great! They came into our home, quickly assessed what was needed & got everything set up. They explained everything clearly and helped us understand their processes. I recently had Jenkins Restoration Services to handle a water situation in my home. I had two plumbers Mike and Troy. They arrived on time. They were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the repair process to me clearly, I just want to thank them for a great job.
I would leave a zero star if I could. Around February there was a accidental fire that was considered not my fault and I got the worst of the damages. Jenkins Restoration was assigned by my insurance to assess the damages get estimates and fix my house. After that was done my insurance paid them and then I was never given an appointment.
