Had a master suite that flooded which included the bathroom and walk in closet. All bedroom furniture had to be moved out as hardwoods and tile had to be replaced. Nicholas, Cody and Levi were meticulous in preparing and protecting furniture prior to moving it. It included some fragile glass shower doors and other pieces of furniture with glass. My dishwasher leaked and ruined my hardwood floors in the kitchen. Jenkins came out and immediately professionally dried the area and gave me advice, estimates, etc regarding how they could fix it. My floors are continuous throughout my living room and half bath, so replacing it all was the only option. The comment was "We want your floors to look just as good as they did or better". Absolutely horrible company. Scheduling the work is terrible. They make excuses and broken promises. They rush the work. It will take repeated visits with poor scheduling. And your home will be left dirty. No quality control at all.

I was referred to Jenkin’s through my insurance company. I was very pleased with the outcome of the project. Jenkin’s handled the water mitigation and flooring repairs in my kitchen. All of the staff I interacted with from Mike, Robert and the installers were responsive and professional.

Mike Young & Troy Wright were great! They came into our home, quickly assessed what was needed & got everything set up. They explained everything clearly and helped us understand their processes.
