We built a new house and used Jenkins to do the plumbing. After only 2 years one of our toilets started leaking around the base. Toilets do not start leaking after 2 years, especially with such minimal use (it’s a summer home). Upon removing the toilet to see what the problem was I discovered it was not installed properly.
