It took him 3 days to put in a furnace that he said would take only 4 hours. Made a very bad mess plus damaged a lot of merchandise. Worked on his own vehicle instead of working on the furnace. Smarted off with me and he never should have. He is not very professional. Don't know how he has been in business this long.
