Absolutely horrible medical care. The Dr and nurses misdiagnosed my sister in law multiple times, never treated the actual issue, and prescribed medications that weren’t needed. Never followed up. I’ve never heard of worse care. Please do yourself and your health a favor and stay away!

Literally. Where do I even begin? I have been being ignored by the doctors and staff here to the point I have to drive over to get a response because they have caller ID. They can see who's calling. I hated it to come to this. They misdiagnosed me. Told me I had herpes, embarrassingly I walked around telling everyone that in their staff anytime I had an issue down there, I told my husband the pharmacy what I needed... for all 3 SWABS to be negative every time. I have been a patient of Dr. Jenkins since December, and unfortunately, my experience with the office has been extremely frustrating. The staff is often unreachable and unreliable, which has made receiving care very difficult. I have had four scheduled virtual appointments where the provider did not show. Each time, I waited by my phone as instructed, only to never receive a call. I then had to follow up the next day, only to be told it would be “the next day” yet when that day came, I still did not receive a call for my app... read more
