Called made an appt 2/3 weeks ago, the lady asked for my insurance which i gave she proceeded to put me on hold to check if the insurance was in network and came back to set my appt. Today i get to my appt and was told it’s OON. The front desk then called my insurance and they were told I have OON benefits & could still bill them for the services. Dr. Ramirez was rude and dismissive. Did not listen instead spoke over me and made me feel like I was stupid for asking questions. No bedside manner at all. I do not recommend. Including one of the receptionist! Never had such a horrible experience at a WOMENS POST PARTUM CHECKUP. Do better!

Este lugar es increíble, la atención y las personas que laboran en el. En cuanto a al personal médico sin duda alguna la Doctora Roy es la mejor, una profesional inteligente, cuidadosa, carismática, noble pero sobre todo humana. Ella te hace recordar que aún en este país existen esos doctores que no olvidan su raíz latina y conectan con el paciente, para los que somos latinos sabemos lo complicado que es encontrar médicos que conserven un poco de nuestros países.
