Good night. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Jenkins Mazda. My spouse and I visited there three (3) days in a row. I miss them. Our sales consultant was Erick Freytes. He was genuinely helpful, resourceful, and patient with us. We truly appreciate him, Jae the sales manager, and Mr. German. They went above and beyond to help us. I recommend Erick to others. Jenkins Mazda in Ocala, Florida have outstanding customer service. The sales transition from my CX-90 to the New 2025CX-90 Jerod Meaders is one of the nicest, and outstanding person I've ever met, he really looked out for me and explained the car functions very well. He finished up the deal and made sure that I understood how things worked in the CX-90, he was very patient with all my questions and made sure that all my things were transfered from the old car to the new car.
