I had my car serviced at Kia on 11/10/2025, and my recent experience has been extremely concerning. Just yesterday, I noticed that when I pressed the brakes, the oil light would briefly come on and then turn off. My husband checked the oil level right away, and there was no oil showing on the dipstick at all. I immediately contacted the service center to speak with a manager, but instead was connected to the assistant manager. Today I received full service to include rotation of tires, and changing inside environmental filter. All systems were green. The technician, Josh worked on my car and sent me a video with report. OUTSTANDING. From start to finish, the experience was professional and everyone was courteous. Jerry, Service Dept. was essential in assuming me everything I asked was completed, paperwork was signed, and warranty was in tack. See you in 5k.😉
