Met with Caroline at their Keller office to set up our family trust, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. No in-person service available. Attorney told me it's more convenient over the phone, then if I qualify, over zoom. I asked if there was any in person availability and he encouraged me to find a different firm. Seems more convenient to cram more clients into the estate mill when you don't even have to meet them in person. Definitely not the kind of attorney I want involved with an estate. Very nervous about setting up a trust but Jenkin and Jenkins, Estate Planning Attorneys made the process simple, understandable and stress-free. So happy we chose them for our estate planning.
