Service and Chris was great. Your AI system is terrible.
Pretty good, but I would have preferred to invited back to look at the issue on a major repair. Builds confidence and trust! Plus when a member of the service team goes out unexpectedly, there should be a system in place to cover his or her’s customer. An hour went by and I had to go to service and question what was going on with my vehicle before anyone took over! Not good.
From the greeter who checks you in upon arrival, to your personal service advisor who is your assigned go to guy or gal, to personnel who pass by and say hello, one feels an uplifting breath of fresh air that you and the reason you're at the dealership,matters. You will enjoy chilling at Jenkins Honda "welcome and waiting" area while your car is serviced. There's synergy at Jenkins Honda where you're not a number but a name. Thanks for the stress-free experience and the complimentary bath my car my had!
I had an excellent experience at the Honda dealership here in Leesburg My service agent was Taylor and she was amazing. You kept me updated and explained everything to me upfront. I would definitely recommend this dealership, their service department and if you're lucky you get Taylor as your service advisor.
