We were heading out of town to New York on a Saturday morning, and made it as far as Gainesville when our Genesis check engine light came on and the car shook horribly every time I tried to accelerate. Since there are no dealerships in Gainesville, we slowly drove the car back to Jenkins Ocala to see if they could check it out. They took us in immediately, diagnosed the problem, a coil. It went great. The loaner was available. The service was very timely and the surface representative was very friendly and informative.
