I had an exceptional experience at Jenkins Genesis this weekend. Brad and Dwayne were amazing and exceeded all expectations. The experience was first class and will buy again from Jenkins. Thank you so much!
Jack, and Samantha were excellent. Honest and upfront and did all they could to make a fair deal. No haggling or typical salesman tactics. Excellent buying experience. In and out in less than 2 hours. My best buying experience yet
I've been to a lot of dealerships and worked in dealerships for 40 years, Jenkins Genesis is top notch and by far the cleanest and best quality dealership I've ever been to. The people are amazing, the service is 1st class and have had the best experience at any dealership I've worked at or been to. 💯 recommend them for anything and a special mention to Michael Zecco in service, most professional all around good person. Thank you guys for everything and for servicing my Genesis GV80
My CPO vehicle was delivered dirty and had some minor issues that should have been addressed during the 191 point CPO inspection. I’ve had nothing but empty promises about fixing the issues. The car is a great car but beware of the dealership service, finance department, and commitment to their customer.
