I've called multiple times to have my car serviced. I got placed on hold and no one ever picks up I'm just left there. I wouldn't buy anything here. Quick to try and sell you a car but, can't pick up the phone. I'm sure they wouldn't do this at Mercedes or BMW
I drove 3.5 hours to look at a certified 2019 Genesis G70. The sales assured me the car was in good shape over the phone and sent pictures of the vehicle. Upon getting to the dealership I notice the entire rear bumper looked like it had been spray-paint fixed (despite having a clean carfax) I then noticed the pictures they had sent me had avoided showing this obvious glaring issue.
