Excellent team and service
1100 appointment for 1st oil change, car stayed in lot for over an hour before being taken inside, 2hrs later it was ready. And both rear tires were way below recommend psi; how does that happen. Will re-think if going in for another maintenance and for sure get a "loaner" if have one at all...ask ahead of time!!! Dealership is nice though
The staff is very helpful, and the service is good. Clean, comfortable accommodations for those waiting.
Jenkins Genesis is an excellent dealership for service. Everyone is knowledgeable, professional , friendly and efficient. Makes maintaining my car easy.
