I’am a new patient I’ve only went a couple of times but my experience here has been great. I feel comfortable already talking with Dr.Cook and Leah Cornett. I like how you don’t have to set in the room or waiting room waiting for a long period of time. All the staff are very nice and polite. I’m looking forward to continuing my health care journey here.
I would appreciate the Doctor taking more time to understand his patients. He was receptive to my requests; but because he didn't take the time to engage in conversation, he wrote me an inadequate prescription for my condition. I've been written for about a 1/10 of the medicine I actually need, which is more useless than useful. In general, I would moreso like to be treated as a human, instead of just a quick customer. You get in the office and there’s no bullshit. They don’t drag around. Quick, to the point. Dr. Cooke takes really good care of himself. Not bad on the eyes either. lol All jokes aside, when you go to your appt., whatever it may be for; they are attentive
