Great service from start to finish. After having a terrible experience and being told to wait for a specialist at a previous practice who failed to remove my tooth, I was seen within a couple of days and finally had my tooth removed, finally out of pain.
Absolutely fantastic! Everyone is incredibly informative and kind; great service and professional from the moment you walk in the door. Glad I joined such a nice practise who make you feel very comfortable.
I have been very impressed by the professionalism displayed by the staff at Jenkins Dental surgery in Street. Katherine took the time to explain and demonstrate the areas of concern she had with my teeth and gums and detailed the treatment course she would follow. Madeleine also explained her aims and helped me by ensuring I understood the ways that I could, with daily care, improve my dental hygiene. Both of them, and other staff members are concerned to inform and are very caring and personable. Thank you all.
