Reached out for consultation. Owner expressed the charge for consultation. I was not expecting that but didn’t necessarily have a problem with paying for someone time for professional service. However, he became very unprofessional extremely fast and then hung up. I was not rude, I didn’t argue. He simply asked if I expected to get his consultation for free and I said yes. Jenkins gave me an estimate of the demo project within days of the bid request. No other contractors submitted bids within a week of Jenkins. Once I approved the job, the crew began work promptly. Mr. Jenkins even personally worked with the utility companies and local government to acquire the permit and disconnect utilities.
