I was nervous about writing this for backlash from a woman with a bad temper, however people need to know. Do not go with this agent, she is aggressive, belittling and is 100% not ethical. My husband and I have been saddened by the experience with Phillipa but have been too nervous to reach out as she has been very aggressive over the phone to us previously. We’re long time locals in Launceston and expect so much more from our local agents. Please don’t put yourself through what we have, choose another agent

Samara is an excellent property manager. Her knowledge and support are first class. Most important job is helping select tenants. The recommendations show an understanding of my objectives and careful reading of potential tenants. I couldn't ask for better.
