I want to give a huge shout out to Jenkins Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Homassa for having an awesome staff. My sales person was Tom and he was extremely helpful in locating the Subaru Forester I was interested in. They didn't have the Forester in the day I went in, but they offered a loaner for a day and was even another Subaru which made it helpful to still get familiar with a Subaru. we recently purchased a jeep compass and was very excited. as we planned our trip to visit grandkids (reason why we got a new car) only to find out there is no spare. they no longer provide a spare tire. they give an inflation kit which is useless in the event of a blowout and frankly a flat tire, as how does my wife use it if shes visiting by herself. I realize it may seem like a small matter but not to a couple in their 70s, honestly had they informed us we wouldve picked another car.
