Very nice sales person,
We gave this dealership a second chance and WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. The first time we came was in May and we were just looking. The salesmen shook my husbands hand and walked right past me, they spoke to my husband but not to me at all. When I asked why a certain car was 10k more than the same car next to it, I was told, “Because it has a racing stripe.” We encountered three salesmen and they were all condescending and rude. Worst Customer Service ever. I have dealt with this dealership for well over 15 years all the time that it was Crystal Motors. However, since it was taken over by Jenkns, it has been the worst experience ever. Forget about a Cheerful attitude in the service department.
