I had Jenkins builder construct a new house in 2009. I was built reasonably well and to acceptable codes and standards required by Knox County. However I have had significant problems with the plumbing system. First were unexpected leak in the PEX piping installed during design. Of course these destroyed the gypsum board ceiling in the basement areas where the leaks occurred.
