Wow! Wow! Wow! We are so grateful for the incredible team at Wynne Jenkins Ford Pro! We had to have our 42-foot diesel pusher motorhome towed here after experiencing engine trouble while driving through Tennessee. After calling at least four other nearby truck service providers who all declined to help, Wynne Jenkins Ford Pro came through for us in a big way. Appointments mean nothing to this Ford dealership. They had my truck all day and did none of the things listed at the beginning of the day because one of the items we discussed was going to take longer. So they decided not to do any of the items and at the end of the day ask me to arrange to drop it off for more than 1 day. As a business owner, I simply cannot afford to put my business on hold while they decide not to do any of the work we discussed. Incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied with this dealership.
This review is strictly for the service I received thru Mike Cooper. If it was for FORD trucks, it would be 1 star. Mike and service team corrected an issue that had put the truck in the shop 2 other times. Also was very helpful thru emails when I had other issues. I am no longer a FORD owner due to the truck issues and unreliability, but should you have issues, Mike and his team are top notch.
