Wish I could give -5. Took my vehicle for service with a complaint about noise in rear and metal clanking sound. Long story short got truck back. Ended up breaking down on the way to a service call. The rear noise ended up being my differential. I’m very pissed as I trusted their techs, and it blew up in my face.

What's the point of scheduling an appointment? Had a morning appointment, went in, dropped it off and was told it'll take an hour to get it looked at. Noon rolls around, vehicle still sitting in the same spot, 2pm rolls around and vehicle still sitting in the same spot. Around 3:45pm, the vehicle gets taken back and 15 minutes later it exits the shop and gets parked again. All for them to tell me it needed a software update or some other bullshit. If you like getting ripped off come here. They charged me $1300 to install a water pump and change my oil. It only takes an hour to install the pump I’ve did it twice before just didnt have time to mess with it. Definitely lost my business.
Quick replacement of a flat tire. In and out within an hour while doing a quality job with the mount and balance.
