⭐️ 1 STAR — EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY I am beyond upset with Jenkins & Wynne in Clarksville, Tennessee. I had their mobile unit come to my home to perform a routine service on my vehicle, and I trusted that the work was being done safely and correctly. The technician failed to put FIVE lug nuts back on one of my tires. FIVE. I drove the vehicle twice before discovering this, completely unaware that my tire had not been properly secured. Purchasing the vehicle goes about as expected from a dealer. The post purchase customer service is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. Their Ford Pro service shop gave nothing but pushback on multiple occasions after the J&W dealers gave us a warranty appointment with them only a month after purchasing. This has caused us to stay away from them until now, where we need a warranty inspection. Now we have contacted J&W over the phone and in person 6 times, with 4 different reps/ managers in 2 weeks to get paperwork for ou... read more
