I bought my car at an acura dealership in fort lauderdale and added on the sevice warranty but never got any documents. I called Jenkins acura service in Ocala and Michael helped me find all my information over the phone. When I got there, Rick made sure he explained everything to me about my warranty, not just the service for that day, but every service notice that would appear on my dashboard from now to a 100k miles. Despite that they never could fix my 22' MDX brake noise. Very disappointed because I loved the vehicle. So much so I bought another identical and thank God it doesn't have loud brakes. I did get an alignment on my new one as it was slightly off and they did a great job on it. Very accurate alignment. So I will give them credit for that. Both Rick and Micheal are very good. I hope future issues if any aren't so hard to deal with Acura corporate especially.

I’ve been going here for years and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Bernard provided a loaner so I wouldn’t be late for an appointment. The car was cleaned when I got it back and the work was good. Thanks again.
