Been waiting for 10 minutes to get serviced and both employees went back and forth doing other side jobs as if they were more important than serving a customer…then when I made it clear I needed to be serviced they then treated me as a bother for being here. This is the worst customer experience ever sad when the product is really great but just comes to show product is only as good as service sometimes.
We moved here from Columbus and was elated to see Jenni’s here in town and A QUICK WALK FROM HOME. This ice cream continues to amaze and the staff is always great and accommodating. Thank you crew of Jenni’s Brentwood !!
