So, they definitely have good ice cream. We have been there quite a few times, taking the kids. However, on a walk with my dog today, I wasn’t prepared to need to stop anywhere. It was extremely hot outside so we went in just to ask for a pup cup for my dog. The worker told me if I didn’t purchase anything they couldn’t give my dog a pup cup for free. Jamie at Jeni’s went above and beyond today! I had an unexpected flat tire outside the shop, and Jamie didn’t hesitate to step in and help. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to assist during a stressful situation made all the difference.
