The person serving my wife was extremely rude and condescending. When I asked to speak to the young man the other staff said he was moved to another store and then told me they had no idea when a manager would be in. Either this place fosters poor customer service and protects that behavior or the managers aren’t present and run a poor establishment. I wi be calling every day until I reach someone who can explain why thier employees are rude and liars.
The smell when you walk in the door is always mouthwatering. While they have a nice variety of flavors, the gooey butter cake and wedding cake is what keeps me returning on an almost weekly basis. Haha.
