It’s great. However, they don’t have sprinkles! What kind of ice cream shop doesn’t carry this? I get the minimalist idea of things, but I want some sprinkles. I’m happy to pay for them. I will choose another shop over here because I’m looking for the old fashioned feel. Taste is important, but presentation is also big especially for something like ice cream.
This is definitely one of the best ice cream shops around, from the employees having great customer service to the flavors of ice cream themselves. A great experience for the whole family, friends and coworkers all alike. Also, they are for the community and help out those in need and that's what they stand for. I even went back and brought my daughter and my grandbabies so for all ages as well. Thank you to the staff and to Jenni whoever you are. Lol

Love this place. Only reason for 4stars is because they don't have milk shake. I'll change review to 5star. My wife make me come here several times a week. Lol
I’m not a huge ice cream fan, but I love me some Jeni’s! Not only do they have super cute and cozy branding, but the ice cream flavors are unique and scrumptious! This location is a decent size but can get super busy being in the Winter Park Village area. But wow it’s worth the wait. Bramble berry crisp is wonderful if you want a fruity twist. The gooey butter cake is at good as it sounds. Plenty of others, no bad choices. Jeni’s is truly a splendid experience.
