Well… let’s just say all the good employees are gone it’s very unprofessional!!! & sometimes dirty !!! I am just going to a different location I CANNOT tolerate the disrespect from new employees if I could give no stars I would they need to find new management!! But definitely don’t eat here they don’t even clean well !!
There are so many flavors to choose from and unlimited samples so we got to try a bunch of flavors and we love the ice cream that we got. The butter one like cheesecake. The gentlemen at the counter was so delightful, kind, and patient. Really a stellar experience on our first trip to Charleston.
I'm a long time Jeni's lover and when I popped in today for a scoop and a couple pints, D made my day! What a sweet and kind treat you were in addition to all my other ice cream treats! btw the waffle cone triangles were perfect and fresh.
We were traveling on the Harley to Charleston and decided on a ice cream. As we walked in the door for the very first time the smell of fresh waffle cones hit my nose and when I asked for a taste of what was a popular flavor we tried the Gooey Butter Cake ice cream for the fist time and WoW my taste buds have never had ice cream like this before!
