About this business
We build our ice creams from the ground up with milk from grass-grazed cows and whole ingredients that we blend, bake, peel, chop, skin, pulverize, and blowtorch ourselves. We use no flavorings, chemical dyes, or off-the-shelf ice cream mixes. We cut no corners, we take no shortcuts. We never have, we never will.

Delicious vegan offerings. Small servings, but decadent flavors. Loved that they used metal (washable) spoons for tasting.
Cute little shop with pleasant staff. Nice selection of flavors, but pretty pricey.
Over priced for what you get. No consistency. Not very clean inside. Needs improvement.
If you are someone who likes simple basic ice creams with lots of toppings or specific add-ins, this place is not for you. This is a very good but straightforward ice cream parlor where the ice cream itself is the starting attraction. I had two flavors in a bowl, a brown butter almond one and a berry-based one.
