Our shop at Easton Town Center, one of the Midwest's most-popular spots to shop, eat and drink, and just kick back and watch the people do their thing, opened in May, 2013. The shop, next to the Lego Store, is in great company all year at Easton, which includes tenants such as Anthropologie, Nordstrom, and Apple, as well as Columbus-based favorites Northstar Cafe and Homage. Customer Service needs improvement in Easton. I went in and the server had bangs hanging out of the bandana. I told her that she had some strands hanging off her bangs that were about to fall into the ice cream. I was watching her hair more than the ice cream praying that it wouldn’t fall in, especially after paying for parking & walking blocks to get there #sigh She got an attitude with me over it. If hair falls in the tub, the whole thing will be contaminated! More hygiene training, please & thanks!
Their offerings are very good and the taste of their ice creams are exceptional.
We wrapped up our visit to Ohio with a stop at this charming ice cream shop, and we were delighted! The homemade ice cream was delicious, the service was excellent, and the shop was clean and welcoming.
I never leave reviews but this was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Went on 12/31 while on a day date with my spouse. at the store at 12:11pm and the door was locked. Not a big deal at all, but the employee had to come unlock it. She unlocked the door and turned around without any words, smile or eye contact. We both thought she was mad.
