Saw him for an eye concern. He asked thorough questions, listened to my symptoms, explained what could be the cause of my symptoms, and tx in a very clear, non rushed, easy to understand way. Felt like it was a thorough visit and i left feeling heard and like i understood next steps.
Did not seem interested in what I was telling him about my symptoms. Said I just needed Tylenol. I had to ask him to write it down. Also I asked him to refer me to to dermatologist and he was reluctant until I insisted. First time I had that experience at Kaiser. Kaiser doctors are very caring
