The CEO of this company lacks professionalism; he is very aggressive with clients and threatens to have your container seized if you don't pay him, demanding astronomical sums without ever showing an invoice. I also want to add that I gave him a cash payment, yet a week later he called me back claiming he had never received the money. Avoid this company—do not trust them. They are only interested in taking your money and don't even assist you with the necessary procedures. They charged me over $15,000, even though the quote was for $4,500—it’s disgraceful. And if you don't pay, they threaten to seize your container.

Éviter ce transitaire , ne faites pas confiance !!!! Arnaque et voleur! Aussi si vous lui payez , ne le payez pas en cash ou par chèque, il ne voudra pas vous donner un devis ! Il prendra l'argent ensuite dira qu'il an jamais ete paye , j'ai vu de mes propre yeux !

Scam scam scam !!!! Avoid this freight forwarder; do not trust Chuck. He is a total scammer who will strip you of all your money. He shows a complete lack of professionalism: once you have paid, he stops caring about your container entirely and sends it to customs so you have to pay more. He then takes a cut of the fine you pay, since you won't be provided with any proof of an invoice. Be careful—avoid this forwarder and don't get scammed.
