Performed surgery that was not successful saying that the MRI didn't show the full extent of the problem. Now we have to repeat the surgery and the insurance is being charged for it again. Also, some of the staff members are not friendly.
As a 62-year-old male, I received a brow lift surgery recently from Dr Henderson. Her staff was consistently professional, courteous, and always prompt. Dr Henderson was marvelous, easy to talk with, explained things clearly, always positive, and she did a great job for me. I'm very pleased with the results. When there was some confusion with my insurance provider, her staff responded with a level of transparency, honesty, and generosity that I find surprising these days.
