I purchased a new ozone generator from Jenesco.com and the item was listed as in stock. I paid an additional $70 for two-day expedited shipping. I contacted them shortly after making the purchase. which was on a Tuesday 9/22 and since then, I have called them 2 to 3 times per on 9/23, 9/24, 9/25, 9/28, 9/29, 9/30 I have left at least six voicemails and emailed them at least five times. and I have not been able to reach anybody via phone and have not received a single email response! Jenesco - Such a disappointment bought a $400+. Doesn't seem to be working. Call the company 8+ times and sent numerous emails. NO body returns call or emails..... BUYERs beware.
