I finally have a doctor that actually hears what I have to say and takes me seriously! I have never felt so heard and helped by a doctor until now.
I want to take the time to appreciate the kind staff and Dr. Johnston. I felt listened to and respected at my most recent appointment on 11/5/25. Each visit is an opportunity to experience the way we should be treated by our physicians and the office staff. If you need a new doctor, consider this office. Thanh is professional and caring with a smile on her face that makes you smile too. 10/10 to this office!
Jeneeca is the first PCP I have had that makes a real effort to find answers. She has amazing empathy and feels knowledgeable. I’ve only been with her for a year and I could not be happier in her hands.
Prompt, friendly, funny and made me feel very comfortable right away! Modern, clean reception area and "better than most" treatment room.
My son sees Dr. Johnston, and yes, she is very patient, kind and respectful. She actually went and got him a cup of tea while he was at his appointment. She responds promptly in the MyChart portal and has been great to work with.
